    Determination of the diptube length

    For the valve on an aerosol container to perform efficiently (i.e. for complete evacuation) the length of diptube must be correctly determined to suit the aerosol can or bottle and the particular product/propellent mixture.

    Any length can be supplied.

    N.B. In UK standard diptube measurement is from  base of cup. (F.B.O.C.)

    When you order, please inform us the total height of your can, so we can give a suitable length of dip tube for you.

    Filling around the stem

    The filling head must be adjusted so that the filling head gasket will be pushed correctly on the valve dome to guarantee a perfect gassing.

    Button-on-Filling

    The filling adapter must be adjusted so that it pushes the sprayhead against the valve dome to guarantee a perfect gassing through the filling ports

     

    Selection of the Correct Inner Gasket

    The gasket is an important factor affecting the long term sevice ability of the valve. To effect proper valve sealing, care must be taken to ensure that no shrinkage of the inner gasket occurs. The predominant solvent in the active ingredient usually determines the rubber grade which shoud be used. The swelling tables below show at a glance how the gasket behave in various solvents after 48hrs exposure at 20'C.

    When you choose a new valve, the key study is check the spray pattern and the inner gasket use. But the inner gasket checking will spend more time.
    A aerosol product must has a good formula, But you must study and let the formula is suitable the valve also. So formula is impossible used in aerosol product.
